• Email address — only when you subscribe. Stored by beehiiv on our behalf.
• Basic analytics — anonymous aggregate visits (privacy-preserving analytics only; no fingerprinting).
• Affiliate click data — anonymous counters when you visit /go/[slug] links (no PII).

2. Why we collect it

To deliver the newsletter you asked for, to understand what content helps readers, and to pay creators through the beehiiv Ad Network.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

Consent (opt-in newsletter) and legitimate interest (aggregate analytics that cannot identify you).

4. Your rights

• Unsubscribe with one click from any newsletter email.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data — email hello@aiearnx.com.
• Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

5. Third parties

• beehiiv — newsletter delivery (US-based).
• Cloudflare — hosting and edge network.
• Google / Plausible — analytics (only one, if enabled).
• Affiliate networks — set their own cookies when you click /go/ links.

6. Retention

Subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: aggregated only, kept up to 26 months. Affiliate counters: 90 days by default.
